Job Responsibilities

  • Creating, processing and tracking invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Implementing, maintaining and reviewing payroll processing and accounting systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions
  • Processing and tracking organization expenses
  • Managing all payments and financial issues with the company employees in accordance with the Armenian legislation

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with accounting software 
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in a finance area
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working as an accountant
  • Understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records
  • Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting issues quickly with minimal interference
